‘Din-sor-pong’ (ดินสอพอง) is a type of white clay derived from ‘marl’ limestone.

‘Din-sor’ (ดินสอ) means ‘pencil’ and ‘Pong’ (พอง) basically means ‘inflated / swollen’. In this episode, Wi-chian maat mistakenly thought that ‘Din-sor-pong’ (ดินสอพอง) literally meant ‘(an) inflated pencil’.

‘Ling naa wok’ (ลิงหน้าวอก) literally means ‘(a) monkey with an overly white face’ [one of the shades of meaning of ‘Wok’ (วอก) is ‘overly white’].

It is interesting to note that ‘Ling wok’ (ลิงวอก) means ‘(a) Rhesus monkey [scientific name: Rhesus macaque (Macaca mulatta)]. Rhesus monkeys are small monkeys with pink faces that do not have any fur on them.
