Kao Taem mistakenly thought that Pee Geng and Pee Goi said ‘Ee maew’ (อีแมว), when it is probably the case that they were talking about ‘E-mail’ (อีเมล) (a loanword borrowed from English). The ‘Maew’ (แมว) in ‘Ee maew’ (อีแมว) means ‘(a) cat’ while ‘Ee’ (อี) is a prefix used before the names of women or when referring to women (its use may be considered very rude and offensive). So ‘Ee maew’ (อีแมว) here basically means ‘(those) (expletive) cats’.
