Sei ciò che mangi” è l’idea importante per condurre una vita sana. Prima di mettere quello snack o cioccolato in bocca, sai quanta percentuale di grassi e quante calorie stai assumendo? Oppure se contengono MSG, conservanti, o grassi trans?

Normalmente, queste informazioni sono chiaramente indicate sull’etichetta nutrizionale. Tuttavia, qui in Thailandia, queste informazioni potrebbero essere disponibili solo in thailandese.
